In January 2016, the CEES surveyreporton Guangdong manufacturing enterprises submitted by the team led by Professor Cheng Hong was approved by Guangdong governor Zhu Xiaodan and deputy governor Liu Zhigeng.This report was based on the data and results collected from the survey on the practice of "enhancing transformation and upgrading, advancing quality and efficiency" in the manufacturing enterprises in Guangdong Provincein 2015.
