Abstract: The essay divides urbanization quality into industrial urbanization,population urbanization and land urbanization, and analyzesthe interacting mechanism betweenurbanizationand house price, and also uses the data of regional center cities of 2006-2013 and PVAR model to test. The results show: first, land urbanization develops too fast and house price grows largely occur in most of center cities; second, under this, population and land urbanization boost house price and industrial urbanization impedes house price; third, high house price lowers population and land urbanization in short term but pushes them in long term, however, high house price enhances industrial urbanization shortly but has negative effects in long term; finally, the coordinative development of urbanization help house price stay stable, but increasing house price hinders the coordinative development of urbanization.
