Food Safety Risk Communication Research Status and Prospects in New Media:Based on the Analysis of WOS Data

Abstract: With the rising of micro-blog, blog and social media, food-safety risk communication adapted to become a very important issue. In this paper, content analysis is used for relevant literatures of WOS. The result shows that the new media and the presence of food safety risk communication research and the total lack of influence is not enough. Researcher origin uneven distribution, institution researchers are not only lack of diversification but also lack of cooperation across academic institutions. The study question is narrow and many other problems. Based on the analyzing we believe that the relevant research and development trend has a vast academic future for exploration.
