Abstract: Since the 18th National Congress, comrade Xi Jinping has put forward a great many new ideas and thoughtful judgments on quality affairs from an overall and strategic perspective. Based on a series of important delivered speeches, a systematic and content-rich ideology of quality has gradually formed. In this context, the thesis systematically expounds the rich connotation and distinctive features of quality concepts proposed by Comrade Xi Jinping, and bring forward the corresponding policy recommendations including implementing the strategy for making china strong through encouraging manufacturer of advanced and quality products.
