Abstract: Using Migrant’s dynamic monitoring survey data in 2013, this article studies the migrant’s public health services quality by adopting the method of statistical description, and analyzes related factors by binary logistic regression. The results show that migrants who less than 50 years old, having high family income, owning high level of education or with a nonagricultural household can enjoy better public health services. Migrant’s sex, nature of the account, employment status, time on current work and monthly spending on family have significant impacts to electronic Health Record.
