Abstract: As a complete coverage of the medical insurance system in China，the medical insurance for people’s health are more important. To a large extent，medical insurance funds might represents the whole medical insurance system. There is no doubt that moderate medical insurance system is essential for the country. In fact，medical insurance fund expenditure were affected by many factors，such as the system payment mode，fund management and medical service price etc. This article adopts the econometrics method and the empirical analysis. According to the above all，we give some advices and suggestions.
