Abstract: Since the new round medical system reform in 2009，Chinese government has increased the quantity of medical input significantly and the proportion of governmental input of whole society has also been enlarged. Nevertheless, serious medical dispute still exist. It presents that government's medical input has not result in the substantial improvement of quality of medical service so far. Hence，finding the key factor of Chinese medical service quality is the first step of adjusting medical policy to improve theoverall level of Chinese medical service quality. Based on the data of "2011 China Health Statistical Yearbook" and "Quality Observation Report 2012”，this paper conducts factor analysis and reveals that the principal component of Chinese medical service quality is functional factor.
