The regional quality satisfaction indexes are designed and established starting from the theoretical connotation of macro-quality management and based on the observation data of macro-quality, including four quality fields. Based on the division principle of developed regions, developing regions and undeveloped regions, the paper has chosen typical sample cities of Foshan, Jiande and Suining in Eastern and Western China for satisfaction difference comparison between two cities, made empirical analysis of the potential influence factors, and compared the effect direction and size of each factor on the regional satisfaction difference. It is found that, the principal factors influencing regional quality satisfaction are government public quality investment, infrastructure construction and income level. However, in different types of cities, the effect directions and sizes of these three factors are different.
