This book, as research results of the national social science fund major project “China’s quality safety evaluation and network warning methods”, focuses on the research China’s quality and safety evaluation and network warning methods. Researching on the quality data collected from the quality safety information network monitoring and warning service platform of IQDS, it is targeted to find solutions to the frequent quality safety problems arising from theoretical and technical defects in China. Based on the empirical analysis of China’s quality safety evaluation and warning and international comparisons, the author puts forward the hypothesis that consumers are the most important source of quality safety information. Based on the quality safety information collected from consumers on the Internet, classification models are also built for quality safety evaluation in enterprises, including product performance, security, service quality, economy, operation quality, public image and other index systems. Intelligent information classification of mass online quality safety information is achieved by applying mature network technologies. In the backdrop of Internet, the government and enterprises can more effectively identify and locate quality safety risks of enterprises based on the classification models, so as to provide a new theoretical framework for quality safety management in the Internet environment.
