On Jan. 24, 2016, Hubei Daily publishes the article “rich meaning and realization path of ‘take quality as the guiding spirit’” written by Professor Cheng Hong of our academy.
The 7th plenary session of the 10th Hubei Provincial Party Committee pointed out that we should continuously stick to the working policy of “quality competition, upgrading and increasing efficiency, taking quality as the guiding spirit, gaining both quantity and quality” during the 13th Five-Year Plan.
