On July 26, 2015, major Tang Liangzhi and vice mayor Tian Rong of Chengdu, Sichuan province made instructions on the proposal, Quality: the New driver under the New Normal. Based on macro quality observation data in 2014 and three-year empirical research, the proposal puts forward that, quality will become the next important driver under the new normal, and it is furtherly proved from five aspects that quality is of great importance to economic growth in our country.
