On September 2, 2017, the 24th "Luojia Quality Academic Forum" (Biweekly) (247 terms in total) and the Third Academic Training Camp were held at the Institute of Quality Development Strategy. Prof. Zhou Li'an from Guanghua School of Management of Peking University delivered a speech on the theme of "Research on China's Political Economy: Review and Prospect" and conducted academic exchanges with our teachers and students.
In the morning, Prof. Zhou gave a lecture entitled "Research on China's Political Economy: Review and Prospect", introducing the study on Chinese political economy and explored the problems facing China's political and economic issues through comparative analysis of foreign research literature. In the aspect of official incentive and government governance, he put forward two political and economic concepts with Chinese characteristics including Political Tournament and Administrative Subcontract System. At afternoon, Prof. Zhou also discussed about paper writing skills with our teachers and students.
Through academic learning and exchange, our teachers and students deepened the understanding of China's political and economic phenomenon, and had a profound understanding of the concept of "Chinese Characteristics".
