At afternoon on August 30, Mr. Guo Minglei, Dean of the School of Healthcare Education of Taikang Group, Ms. Liu Li, Assistant General Manager of Department of Planning and Development of Taikang Group and the staff visited IQDS. Prof. Cheng Hong, Dean of the Institute of Quality Development Strategy, Ms. Song Qiong, Deputy Dean of IQDS and related department directors attending the meeting. Both sides conducted in-depth discussion on how to proceed with the cooperation on CPIS (China Pension Industrial Survey) program.
At the meeting, Cheng Hong briefed the development of our institute from the aspects of scientific research, personnel training and social service, and mainly focused on the research of China Employer-Employee Survey (CEES).
Subsequently, Ms. Liu introduced the background and current situation of CPIS project. She said that China's pension industry started relatively late, where the existing operation and service standards did not meet the actual needs of enterprises. The industrial development direction is still at the initial stage. Currently, a complete database and strong think tank are urgently needed to make a comprehensive analysis of the overall trend of the industry so as to provide enterprises with important analysis report. This is also an important reason why they came to the IQDS for assistance and support.
Dr. Li Dandan, Executive Deputy Director of China Enterprise Survey and Data Center introduced the proposal of CPIS from 9 aspects of the background, object, content, main work link, quality control measures and implementation institution. Pro. Cheng added briefly the survey samples and quality control combining the successful experience of CEES research.
Mr. Guo Minglei spoke highly of the achievements over the past decade of our institute. He pointed out that the IQDS had created a miracle after another, make impossible into reality under the guidance of such value as “Think like Scientists, Work like Migrant Workers”. Therefore, the successful implementation of CPIS research really needs the participation of the IQDS.
The two sides reached an agreement of cooperation, and conducted in-depth discussion on specific issues of follow-up cooperation.
