“IQDS make theoretical study in practice and practice under the guidance of theory,” Qi Jing’an, Chair of Board and Party Secretary of China Certification & Inspection Group (CCIC), said during his visit to IQDS on March 8, “it verifies and promotes China’s development with factual survey data, which is noteworthy and commendable.”
Wang Hong, Vice President of CCIC, Zhang Jian, Office Director of CCIC, Wu Hongyan, General Manager of Comprehensive Business Department, Cheng Hong, Dean of IQDS, and Song Qiong, Deputy Director of IQDS attended the meeting. Both parties made thorough discussions on reform of technology and testing institutions, talents fostering and scientific research projects.
Cheng Hong introduced IQDS and its latest achievement from scientific research, talents fostering, international development and social services, and also analyzed the reform and development situations of China’s technology and testing institutions.
Qi Jing’an described the latest development of CCIC under the guidance of the strategy of “Three Shifts and Six Strengths”. He said, IQDS made an in-depth analysis of China’s current development situations, existing problems and corresponding solutions, research results from which has deeply inspired his work in CCIC. He hoped, CCIC and IQDS could further expand cooperation in quality talents training and scientific research and other new areas based on the current project cooperated, and took advantage of IQDS’s strengths in scientific research and quality talents to provide think-tank support for CCIC in its shifting to the market, integration and information technology.
Cheng Hong said, CCIC’s “Three Shifts and Six Strengths” strategy well grasped the lifeline of China’s stated-owned quality testing and technology institutions and obtained great achievements in a short term. IQDS would like to take every strength to help CCIC for a stronger and better internationally renowned brands as well as jointly promote the establishment of China’s modern inspection and testing certification institutional system.
After the meeting, Qi Jing’an and his party visited the History Museum of Wuhan University and had a good understanding of the 120-year history and development of Wuhan University, and afterwards, paid to a visit to the site of China Quality Inspection Lecture Building to be built.
