On September 21, Hubei Acting Governor Wang Xiaodong made important instructions on the survey report of IQDS with significant comments, “This report is of great value, and has seized the key issues. A seminar should be organized to further discuss this report and reach consensus in an appropriate time.” The survey report, “From factor-driven to total-factor-driven: Survey report on manufacturing enterprises in Hubei province”, was submitted on September 19.
This report is the 52nd “Luojia Development Think Tank” organized by IQDS faculty.
