On November 11, Secretary Wang Chunfa of China Association for Science and Technology (CAST) and his party visited IQDS, with the company of Guo Zhe, Director of CAST Survey Publicity, Ma Pingxing, Vice President of CAST Party Panel and Li Pingxiang, Dean of Department for Science Development, Wuhan University etc.
Song Qiong, Associate Dean of IQDS, introduced the achievements obtained in research and teaching since IQDS’s founding, and highlighted the data resources of China Employer-Employee Survey (CEES) initiated by IQDS, the international talent fostering model, the core values of “Think like Scientists, Work like Migrant Workers” as well as the development target of building world top research institute.
Wang Chunfa spoke highly of the achievements IQDS has obtained in scientific research and talent fostering, and showed strong interest in macro-quality research. He encouraged our research personnel to serve the national development strategy, and cultivate more high-quality professionals with continuous efforts.
