From September 19 to 30, IQDS faculties and students went to 40 survey regions in Hubei and Guangdong Province, and submitted 42 copies of high-quality think-tank reports to the quality management department of each region. The official leaders of the local governments spoke highly of these reports. All the reports were completed based on the data cleaning and feedback interview of the China Employer-Employee Survey (CEES) in 2016.
On September 21, Hubei Acting Governor Wang Xiaodong reviewed IQDS survey report with significant comments and instructions, “This report is of great value, and has seized the key issues. A seminar should be organized to further discuss this report and reach consensus in an appropriate time.” The survey report, “From factor-driven to total-factor-driven: Survey report on manufacturing enterprises in Hubei province”, was submitted on September 19.
In 2015, IQDS submitted the think-tank report, “Transformation and Upgrading: A Survey Report on Manufacturing Enterprises in Guangdong Province”, to Guangdong Governor Zhu Xiaodan and received Governor Zhu’s important comments and instructions. This report was completed based on the China Employer-Employee Survey (CEES) conducted in Guangdong Province.
In 2016, IQDS has completed the “China Employer-Employee Survey” (CEES) in cooperation with Tsinghua University, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. A total of over 300 people including experts, masters and doctors participated in this large-scale field survey, with an investment of over 5 million RMB. A large number of data have been collected from more than 1,000 enterprises and over 10,000 employees in China.
