Recently, Macro Quality Research was selected in source journals for statistics of Annual Report for Chinese Academic Journals Impact Factors. It was reviewed and approved according to comprehensive academic indicators by two academic authorities in China, Chinese Academic Journal (CD) Electronic Publishing House and China Scientific Literature and Measurement Evaluation Research Center.
According to the annual report, the annual impact indicator of Macro Quality Research is 159.697 in 2016, and it has ranked 12th among journals for economic planning and management. The annual composite impact factor of Macro Quality Research is 1.326, which ranks 9th in the disciplines; its comprehensive impact factor is 1.011, which ranks 5th; the impact factor in humanities and social sciences is 0.926, which ranks 3rd.
Since set up in 2013, Macro Quality Research has upheld the tenet of "establishing the academic paradigm for quality research in China, making new contributions to the world academic development and becoming the first-class academic journal with international influence in China”, and its academic influence has been gradually improved as a distinctive think tank. 22 research papers and other academic results were reviewed and remarked by the major leaders of the State Council, such as Premier Li Keqiang, Vice Premier Wang Yang, State Councilor Wang Yong, AQSIQ Director Zhi Shuping, and other provincial leaders. All the results were soon reflected in national management policies, providing academic and think-tank support for China’s economic and social development in the transition period.
