On March 8th and March 9th, IQDS (Collaborative Innovation Center of Macro-Quality Management of Hubei) allied with Prof. Zhou Li’an, the director of the department of Applied Economics, Guanghua School of Management, attending Qianjiang and held an investigation about crawfish industrial development.
The director of the center, dean Cheng Hong, associate prof. Wang Hui, from Guanghua School of Management, and associate prof. Luo Lianfa also attended this investigation.
Qianjiang city crawfish industry is a model for the development of agriculture industrialization of our country. And it has the important practical significance. This investigation entirely interviewed every key point of the industrial chain of Qianjiang crawfish, including the base of improved variety crawfish breeding, crawfish trading center, the base of 'crawfish-rice cooperation' , leading enterprises of crawfish processing, vocational school of crawfish and crawfish city and so on. The investigation team intensively studied the history of Qianjiang crawfish industry, innovation strategy, government policy and industrial development.
During the investigation, the government of Qianjiang city organized two conferences about crawfish industry development. All the participants had in-depth communication about the industry development status, the existing problems and the direction of future development. The Party deputy secretary Shumin, deputy mayor Yan Yigao, deputy secretary-general Chen Yunchang and the heads of main institutes, the executives of relevant enterprises attended the meetings.
After the meeting, The Party secretary of Qianjiang city, Huang Jianxiong met the investigation team members. He heard the report about the process of the development of Qianjiang crawfish industry and the main reason of it. As well as the suggestion about how to further promote the High-quality development of the crawfish industry. Huang said that this investigation concludes the experience of the success of Qianjiang crawfish. It will provide more good thinking and strategies of high-quality development for Qianjiang crawfish and other industries. The investigation team said that they will make every effort to do a series of research about Qianjiang crawfish industry. Give high-quality reports, providing intellectual support for Qianjiang industry development.
