On December 23, a meeting was held to review the acceptance of four Projects of IQDS entrusted by Hubei Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision (HQTS). The research results were highly praised by expert reviewers of HQTS and all successfully accepted.
Director Liu Niusheng and Deputy Director Liu Guofeng of Quality Division of HQTS, Doctor Fang Yingfeng and Doctor Dong Ke of Wuhan University, Doctor Wang Chengchang of Wuhan University of Technology, and the faculties of IQDS participating in the projects attended the meeting.
Doctor Yu Hongwei and Doctor Xu Wei of IQDS reported the research results of four projects, “Survey and Analysis on Transformation and Upgrading and Quality and Efficiency Improvement of Enterprises in Hubei,” “Escalator Safety Supervision and Reform in Hubei,”” Survey and Analysis on Customer Satisfaction for Brands applied in 2016 in Hubei,” and “Survey and Analysis on Customer Satisfaction in Service Industry in 2016 in Hubei,” from the background, objectives, content, progress and results.
The experts spoke highly of the research results and applications, and they said, these results were beyond their expectations, and also put forwarded meaningful suggestions for project improvement from data collection, policies and suggestions, and industrial analysis etc.
